They discovered ReAgent’s inorganic chemical manufacturing capabilities through our website.
One objective was to reduce costs and improve lead times for existing formulations for a number of specialist acid blends. Quality, cost and delivery are all important, as well as improving safety.
“It has been a pleasure to work with ReAgent. Their level of expertise and attention to detail has allowed us to produce a much more cost efficient product with improved lead times.”
Colin Bonsall, Operations
- Maintain existing formulation but improve cost and productivity
- Develop multiple specialist inorganic blends
- Manufacture to the quality standards dictated by there customers
We took existing formulation’s for multiple acid blends and supplied the new products in 1000 litre IBC’s (Intermediate Bulk Containers or Totes). We now supply three specialist inorganic blends on a regular basis and have further blends already developed and ready for when they need them.
The company were able to reduce costs and improve lead times as well as receive an ongoing supply of blends, which are available as and when they are required. Safety has been improved as we have reduced the requirement for operators to blend chemicals, as this now takes place on site at ReAgent.
“Reputation is everything in the toll manufacturing industry. We are pleased to have the opportunity to supply inorganic chemicals to pioneering companies and we look forward to further developing our relationship with them.”
Richard Hudson, Managing Director, ReAgent
